Thlaspi arvense Genome v1.0 Downloads

These datasets are being released ahead of publication by The Pennycress Genomics Group at The University of Minnesota (PGG@UMN) as a public service, similar to pre-publication releases of genomic datasets by the United States Department of Energy Joint Genome Institute, and with similar restrictions (see: http://genome.jgi-psf.org/pages/data-usage-policy.jsf).

These restrictions include:

1.) The following datasets are being released ahead of publication as a public service, with the expectation that our team will publish the primary report without concerns about preemption by groups that did not participate in the effort. We are providing these datasets in good faith, but makes no warranty, expressed or implied, nor assumes any legal liability or responsibility for any purpose for which the data are used.

2.) By accessing these data, you agree not to publish any articles containing analyses of genes or genomic data prior to publication by PGG@UMN. These restrictions will be lifted upon publication of the manuscript of the whole genome description by PGG@UMN, and will be listed on this page.
